. Very often we find ourselves blocked by conflicting thoughts and beliefs. The conflict between your old beliefs and a new experience, self-learning - can show up in any of these categories: * relationships * family * spirituality * career * health & fitness * personal . Let's look at this example of solving the problem you may have. 1. The top left corner card 3 of Cups identifies the 'problem' in the spread. You may feel indecisive under influence of the friends. The top right corner card Ace of Swords reflects the outcome you'd like to receive: being focused, feeling powerful, with a new offer/project, clearly expressing your thoughts, i.e. great communication skills. . 3. In this example, you are able to be productive, knowing your strong sides, assertive to create boundaries and move with little steps toward a goal. . 4.
